Bio::

Influenced by the sounds of the Eagles, John Denver, Brooks & Dunn, FFH, and good old Southern Rock, the musical sounds of JT Phillips reaches out to all age groups through an eclectic mix of material that speaks of life's journey.

Born in Alabama, JT spent his formidable years raised in California in the heart of the San Joaquin valley. Music has always been a part of JT's life from performing solos, at an early age, to singing lead in a Southern Gospel Quartet at the age of 17. JT's music continued as he entered college as a vocal major with great success until he turned from his musical passion as he strayed from the plan God had for him.

As the years passed, JT continued his journey chasing life and looking for a peace that only God could fill. This journey has taken JT across many rocky roads and taught him numerous lessons about the grace and mercy of God. It ultimately began shaping his return to his God-given desire and passion for sharing his life stories and message of God's grace through contemporary Christian and original music.

JT shares his music and lyrical stories throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
